2. What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, it's a flat fee of $5.95 (with tracking) for all orders worldwide. You won't find anyone else who offers more competitive rates than we do, and that's really because we hate complex calculations.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally to ALL countries. It's our mission to make the world a happier place :-)
4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Sorry, we do not accept Cash On Delivery. For payment methods, we support major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discovers and Diners Club.
5. Do you provide tracking numbers for my order?
Don't worry all orders comes with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipping at any time. The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
6. How do I track my order?
I feel your excitement! We'll email the tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, which is typically 2-3 business days after you place your order. Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Happiness team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, name and address.
Once you receive your tracking number, you can easily track your order here. Please note it could take a day or two for the shipping details to show up.
7. Help! There's something wrong with my order...
No worries! Our Customer Happiness team is here to help. Simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your Order ID and receive a reply within one business day.
8. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We understand that you may change your mind. Therefore, you are welcome to cancel or make any changes within 24 hours after you placed your order. To cancel or make changes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any changes or cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be processed because we would have started processing your order by then.
9. What's your return policy like?

10. Is Happy Place on Earth website secure?
Definitely! At HappyPlaceonEarth.com, we use the latest security measures to protect your details right from the landing page. A 256-bit SSL software is used to encrypt your credit or debit card information when you place an order with us. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. All pages on HappyPlaceonEarth.com, including our checkout and payment pages, are secured. Secured webpages begin with "https://" and depending on the web browser you're using, a padlock symbol in URL field, or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.
11. I was asked to pay duties and taxes on my order. Can you explain?
Please note that the recipient is responsible for these any duties and taxes upon receiving the package. Happy Place on Earth do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be because they vary depending on your shipping location. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. For more information on applicable duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. Typically, customers in the United States do not have to pay additional tax and duties upon receiving the item, unless the order value is highly expensive.
We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order, should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
Any taxes that are not collected locally upon arrival will be clearly indicated at multiple points on cart page, checkout page, order confirmation email and invoices.
