This product has really helped to relieve my back pain. I even wear it while I'm working out and it is not uncomfortable.

I have tried several back support/ posture correction to deal with my lower backpain. This is the best product by far. I especailly like the backsupport along the spine and belt around my belly, which pulls back my shoulder comfortably. It is definitely worth trying.

I have upper back issues that my spine keeps popping out of place and surely I need something that can hold my back and my posture into place. The main straps holds well too the main body, but the shoulder straps are something I wish to be easily adjusted while it's on me. This is still such a great product nonetheless and I wished I'd have found it sooner!

The brace size is perfect. I found cushions to assist with the underarm discomfort. You can actually feel the shift in your posture, as you go throughout your day. I sit in front of a computer at work for 9 hrs and it is easy to get into a habit of slouching. In fact, I started experiencing upper back and neck pain, but this brace is a real game changer. Since my posture is getting better, my neck and upper back are feeling much better. It's a really miracle product that I use everyday and I am working out a bit more, so I may gain a few pounds in the process. When the time is right, I will definitely be buying another brace.
