love it for strawberries, bananas, eggs and most soft fruits and veggies. It is hard to use on harder veggies like celery.

This product is very handy for chopping a lot of veggies. I did a batch if brussel sprouts which I was afraid would be too dense and it was no problem. The grids are very sharp and allowed for quick dicing of about anything I have fed it so far.

For me, prepping food for recipes is the least favorite part of cooking. I purchased this to help with that and it has. The blades are very very sharp and slicing/dicing takes only seconds. It's very easy to use and it appears to be well made and should hold up over the years. Clean-up was easy (tossed it all in the top rack of my dishwasher).

A great easy to use addition to the kitchen. Recommend getting it. My wife wanted one and used it the first day it arrived cutting vegetables for salad, she loves it. Happy wife happy life.

I originally purchased this to slice potatoes to make potato roses, now I use it every chance I get to slice veggies. This was so easy and quick. I sliced 6 potatoes in less than 5 minutes. I am actually thinking about making scalloped potatoes again. I haven't made that in years because it was such a pain to slice the potatoes with a knife.
